Kent Hotel, Miami Beach. Original art . 14' x 11'

Kent Hotel is  Art Deco Building from 1939.  The Architect  was Murray Dixon. Today, this buildings is one of the more emblematic buildings in the Deco Distric of south beach.    

This watercolor painting was created on site at Collins Av. this past 2022.  It was draw with ink and watercolor applied after, over watercolor paper. It is mounted on a white mat.
