Boulevard Hotel, Miami Beach, Original art 14' x 11'

This building gives the character to Ocean Drive. It was built in 1950 Mimo Style,  the Architect was August Swarz,  it was called Hotel Bolivar at the begining. 

The drawing and watercolor was made on site , from the park across ocean drive, in 2022.

The drawing is made with black ink and watercolors over watercolor paper. Mounted on white mat.
