PRINT BOULEVARD HOTEL PORTRAIT

This building gives the character to Ocean Drive. It was built in 1950 Mimo Style,  the Architect was August Swarz,  it was called Hotel Bolivar at the begining. 

The watercolor was made on site , with ink and watercolor.
