CASA CASUARINA, VERSACE HOUSE, ORIGINAL WATERCOLOR

Casa Casuarina was built in 1930 by Ronin Wolf in the Mediterranean Revival style, located at 1116 Ocean Drive.

The owner, Alden Freeman, created the structure modeled on the Alcazar de Colon from Santo  Domingo, ( Dominic Republic), with  its coralline rock blocks. The name translate to HOUSE OF THE AUSTRALIAN PINE.
