Watercolor sketch, created on site , in Washington Av, right across from this emblematic building. 

Howard L Cheney designed it  in  Deco Federal Style in 1937. The interior wall murals and the ceiling design in the rotunda were done by Charles Hardman.

Drawing is made with ink and watercolors on paper. It is mounted in a white mat and framed.
