This original painting was created from the Gates Pool , and Gates Hotel, at Collins Av. in Miami Beach.  Behind the walking bridge is the Helen Mar apartments. First apartment building in South Beach, Art Deco style , from 1936 designed by E Collin.

Original painting made with ink and watercolor on watercolor paper, it is mounted on white mat.
